More reviews. A less awkward ask.
Asking for a Google review shouldn't feel like a production. For most owners it just sits on the list: important, slightly awkward, never quite a habit.
ReviewIdea makes the ask easy to repeat. Free tools build your Google review link and QR code in about thirty seconds, and the guides cover the part most people skip: what to do once the review arrives.
Why we built it
Through our agency, OnlineKix, we kept hearing one question from local business owners: how do we get more reviews?
Usually there's a reason behind it. A competitor down the road has three times the reviews. Or the rating on the profile doesn't match the work the team actually does.
Knowing reviews matter doesn't make asking feel natural, though, and getting a customer to the right place on Google is clunkier than it should be. Owners didn't need another task to work out from scratch. They needed a routine they could hand to their team and actually run.
That's where the free review kit started.
Thirty seconds to your first link
If you have a Google Business Profile that's live, you can use these tools, wherever you are in the world. Search your business name, and we pull your details straight from Google's own data and build your resources on the spot. Your kit lands in your inbox with a short tutorial.
No account. No card. Nothing to install.
More than a link
You can get a review link from your Google Business Profile on your own. We wanted to wrap something more useful around it and keep the whole thing free.
So the guide covers the full loop: capturing fresh reviews, replying to them, and putting that feedback to work in your everyday marketing.
Reviews are some of the best content your business will ever get, and you didn't have to write any of it. They add proof to your website, give you something to post when you're out of ideas, and turn into images worth sharing. When you're staring at an empty caption box, your customers' own words are the place to start.
We also push owners to reply to every review, good or bad. A reply shows the next reader there's a real person behind the business, paying attention.
A review machine doesn't stop when the review lands on Google. It includes what you do with it next.
The people behind the tools
ReviewIdea was built by Lauren Dillon, a Joyful Evolver, out of years of work with local business owners through our agency, OnlineKix. Every tool here started as a question an owner actually asked.
The goal is simple: get these in front of more businesses that need them.
